Hair Style Techniques:

• For fine highlights we recommend the use of a highlight cap and hook, available separately
• For flashes, slices and tips we recommend the use of normal kitchen foil
• You will also need a non-metallic mixing bowl, such as a glass container

For Long Hair:

Two packs may be required if hair is longer than 20cm or you want to increase number of highlights

For best colour results:

• One-step application process, lightens and colours hair at the same time
• For best results start with clean dry hair, we recommend using Smart Pre-colour Shampoo No.1, available separately
• The hair colour result lasts up to 6-30 washes and the longevity can be influenced by many factors such as natural hair colour, previous treatments, condition, porosity, length and thickness of hair. Hair will remain lighter as vibrant hair colour fades
• For best results always conduct a strand test before proceeding

Aftercare:

• To protect the colour we recommend using our Smart Colour Care Shampoo No.4, available separately
• To refresh the vibrant hair colour result, apply Smart semi-permanent colour over previous treated hair
• To remove any access colour from your skin use our stain removal wipes

• Use the corresponding matching Smart Colour semi-permanent hair colour to refresh, available separately. Smart Colour formulation has conditioning properties and will not damage your hair.

• Hair colourants can cause severe allergic reactions

• This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16
• Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy
• Do not colour your hair if:
  • You have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp.
  • You have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair
  • You have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past

• Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them
• Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows
• Rinse hair well after application
• Wear suitable gloves
• Conduct an allergy test 48 hours each time before you colour (see instruction leaflet), even if you have already used colouring products before
• So remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance
• In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product
• Keep out of reach of children

SMART DEVELOPER CREAM 6%: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Paraffinum Liquidum, Citric Acid, Sodium Salycylate.

PPD and Ammonia FREE

Para-phenylenediamine (PPD) is a chemical substance that is widely used as a permanent hair dye. Reaction caused by the use of hair dye in mild cases usually only involves dermatitis to the upper eyelids or the rims of the ears. In more severe cases, there may be marked reddening and swelling of the scalp and the face. Severe allergy to PPD can result in contact urticaria and rarely, anaphlaxsis 
Ammonia is responsible for separating the cuticles, causing hardening, weight loss and reduction in hair thickness.
