Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you confirmation that your item has been shipped. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB and Solo. Your credit card details are not held on file for data security reasons. All payments are secure and processed through internationally recognised WorldPay and PayPal. Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you receive defective goods, incorrect deliveries or incorrect quantities, please notify us no later than one week after delivery.
In the case of a justified claim and subject to the preference of the customer, goods will be replaced or order quantities fulfilled by SmartBeautyShop within 3 working days.
In the case of an incorrect delivery, the customer shall be required to inform SmartBeautyShop of the mistake within one week of delivery and subsequently return the goods to SmartBeautyShop, upon receipt?of the goods we will refund you for the cost of return postage at standard Royal Mail First Class charges by payment method of your original purchase.
Goods which are returned to SmartBeautyShop that appear to have been used or contaminated will not be refunded or replaced.
