Dispatch & Delivery Time

We endeavour to dispatched your order on the same day, order received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Fridays will be dispatched on following Monday.

We do not despatch on Bank and Public Holidays.

Expected delivery times from Royal Mail First Class Parcels Service

UK (Excludes Channel Islands) 5 days

Overseas 6-10 days

Please note: We are unable to track orders that have been dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post, but the majority of orders are delivered the next day.

Unfortunately we must wait up to 15 working days before we are able to replace items missing in transit, which have been shipped using Royal Mail. It may be worth contacting your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you.

Please check your goods when they arrive as any errors or shortages must be advised within 21 days of receipt
